Often described as “Fort Collins’ best holiday,” Bike to Work Day is a community-wide celebration of people who ride bikes. The event encourages everyone to leave the car at home and ride a bike to wherever they’re going—work, school, daycare, or just around town.
More than just a ride, it’s a chance to connect with others, discover local businesses and organizations, and experience Fort Collins’ Platinum-level bike-friendly culture. With free breakfast and coffee stations set up across the city, it’s one of the most fun and energizing mornings of the year.
What is Bike to Work Day?
From 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., we manned our coffee station to refuel and celebrate with all the riders. Whether commuting to work, running errands, or just enjoying a morning ride, we offered free coffee or hot chocolate and good vibes to all who stopped by.
Fort Collins was proud to be part of Colorado’s annual Bike Month celebration, and we were excited to join the fun for the 37th annual Summer Bike to Work Day on Wednesday, June 25, 2025!
